Education Technology Standards for Students (Nets*S)
The National Education Technology Standards for Students broadly identify
technology skills students should learn and describe how they should be able to
use technology. Divided into six categories, these standards provide guidance
for educators planning technology-integrated lessons.
Technology Standards for Teachers
Ohio Baseline Standards Framework and
Performance Indicators
Using the National Educational Technology Standards for Teachers developed by
the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), a committee
representing Ohio institutions and related state agencies developed this set of
baseline standards and performance indicators to be used to guide the
development of a common set of expectations and experiences for all graduates
of Ohio's teacher education programs.

Education Technology Standards for Teachers (Nets*T)
The National Education Technology Standards for teachers includes six standard
areas that define the fundamental concepts, knowledge, skills, and attitudes
necessary for applying technology in educational settings.
